To reset your password via the Web, you will need to know your OneKey username, Pratt ID number and your alternate email or Cell phone that is on file with Pratt.

Your ID Number is the 7-digit number on the front of your Pratt identification card. If you are a newly enrolled student you can obtain your ID number from your admissions advisor.

All Pratt ID numbers are 7-digits long, if you have less than eight digits add a 0 (zero) in front of your number until there are a total of eight digits. For example, a ID number such as 123456 would be entered as 0123456.

Students: Your alternate email would be the email you used when you enrolled at Pratt. If you don’t remember the address or can no longer access that email you will need to call the Pratt Information Technology Service Desk between 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday (718) 636-3765. Once you access your account you can change your alternate email on file.

Faculty/Administration: This would be the email you entered when you were prompted to reset your password. If you were unable to enter an alternate email or cannot recall/access that email account you will need to call the Pratt Information Technology Service Desk between 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday (718) 636-3765. Once you access your account you can edit the alternate email on file.
